HR Director | FMCG, up to 90K

Our client is a well-established and sizable organization in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sector, with diverse operations across office, retail, and manufacturing. They are currently seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead their human resources department and support key business goals.

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, C&B, performance management, and employee relations across the Hong Kong office, factory, and retail operations.
• Develop and execute talent management strategies, covering talent sourcing, training, employee engagement, and career planning.
• Design and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and systems to support business goals and drive a high-performance, motivating work environment.
• Ensure all HR policies and practices are fully compliant with Hong Kong and PRC labor laws and market best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the PRC HR team to ensure alignment and effective communication on cross-border initiatives.
• Drive employee retention strategies and lead ad-hoc HR projects as required.
• Occasional travel to the PRC is required.
