This is a high-visibility role for a data-literate HR professional to build a sustainable people infrastructure and act as a strategic advisor to the MD.
Infrastructure Building: Design and implement a modern staff handbook and standardized HR policies to support recent business growth.
Data-Driven Insights: Introduce HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and track the success of new initiatives.
Employee Value Proposition: Create innovative engagement activities and incentive programs designed to boost staff morale and attendance.
Transformation Lead: Transition the HR brand from a transactional/legalistic function to a strategic partner that fosters trust and development.
Operational Leadership: Oversee the full employee lifecycle within a 5.5-day framework (offering flexible Saturday arrangements).
skills & experiences required.
Background: 10+ years of HR experience, ideally within Technical Services, Engineering, Life Sciences, or specialized Manufacturing.
Expertise: Proven track record in "ground-up" HR projects, including policy drafting and organizational development.
Competencies: A data-driven approach and the ability to resolve complex internal matters with professional diplomacy.
Communication: Exceptional command of Cantonese and English is required.
