In this role, you will act as the primary owner of our internal people-management platforms. Your mission is to ensure our systems are not just functional, but optimized to meet the evolving needs of a global workforce. You will serve as the strategic link between business requirements and technical execution.
Key responsibilities include:
System Stewardship: Overseeing the lifecycle and optimization of internal HR technologies and integrated peripheral tools.
Project Delivery: Coordinating system rollouts, conducting rigorous testing, and managing technical documentation.
Business Translation: Converting operational needs into technical specifications and collaborating with IT partners for seamless implementation.
Data Governance: Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and generating actionable analytics to support leadership decisions.
User Empowerment: Providing high-level support and creating educational resources to help staff maximize system utility.

Educational Background: A degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Professional Track Record: At least 3 years of experience managing HRIS platforms or specialized operational systems.
Project Expertise: Proven ability to support system transformations, upgrades, or large-scale implementations.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain data integrity and security standards.
Communication: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
