A well-established organisation with a strong regional presence is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support various corporate functions. This role combines strategic HR advisory with hands-on execution, covering a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, organisational planning, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

- Partner with assigned business units to address HR needs and deliver people strategies
- Manage full-spectrum HR functions including hiring, headcount planning, budgeting, and performance reviews
- Provide guidance on organisational structure, talent development, and employee relations
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with company policies and employment regulations
- Monitor and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects and process improvements
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a sizeable or matrixed organisation
- Solid understanding of HK employment law; PRC knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems
