Manage the end-to-end recruitment support process, including job postings and interview coordination.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a premium and professional candidate experience.
Execute logistics for onboarding and offboarding, including contract preparation, equipment procurement, and orientation.
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within the HRIS, handling visas, insurance, and essential documentation.
Assist in the organisation of employee engagement initiatives and team-building events to foster company culture.
Support the wider HR team with ad-hoc projects such as policy updates, internal communications, and market research.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in an HR capacity; high-calibre internship experience in fast-paced office environments will also be considered.
Proven ability to be a "solutions-oriented" professional with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required for effective communication across the regional business.
Professional demeanour with the ability to handle sensitive information with total confidentiality.
