A well-established organisation in the property and investment sector is currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Assistant Manager / Manager to support their growing HR function. This is a broad-scope generalist role, ideal for professionals looking to deepen their impact across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle resignation processes and exit interviews
- Support the full performance management cycle and related documentation
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and coordinate with payroll on data accuracy
- Provide first-line support on employee relations matters and HR policy interpretation
- Assist in training needs analysis and learning initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management use
- Participate in HR projects and handle tasks assigned by senior management
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of all-rounded HR experience in a sizeable corporate environment
- Experience working in organisations with Mainland China business exposure is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices
- Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
