You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you report directly to the C-suite Executive, providing both high-level executive support and essential office leadership.

- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the senior executives to ensure maximum schedule efficiency.
- Lead the Hong Kong office expansion, including site selection, renovation management, and procurement of supplies.
- Drive local recruitment efforts and manage the full employee onboarding lifecycle to grow the Hong Kong headcount.
- Coordinate daily office operations and manage attendance records, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise complex travel arrangements, business meetings, and social engagements.
- Collaborate with the Beijing headquarters, who handle core MPF and C&B functions, to ensure seamless operational alignment.
- Execute ad-hoc projects and personal administrative tasks as assigned by the C-suite Executive.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related management discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration and HR; prior experience as a PA/EA to C-level executives is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience within the tech or internet industry is preferred to understand the fast-paced nature of the business.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage staff at all levels and work independently.
- A trustworthy and detail-minded professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential for cross-border collaboration.
