We’re looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR & Admin Specialist to join a fast-growing international lifestyle brand with European roots and a mission to bring well-being and meaningful rituals into everyday life.
Based in the Hong Kong office, you’ll play a key role in supporting both local operations and regional HR initiatives across Greater China and beyond. This role blends HR coordination, office management, and culture-building, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a creative, collaborative, and value-led environment.

- Manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, C&B coordination, performance management, and engagement
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting team spirit and company values
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and policies across Greater China
- Assist in setting up new offices or retail locations, ensuring administrative readiness
- Maintain employee files, handle contract preparation, and support new hire onboarding
- Administer HR systems (e.g., HRIS platforms for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management) and contribute to HR process optimization
- Oversee office operations: vendor coordination, supplies, equipment, office maintenance, and expense tracking
- Serve as the go-to contact for internal HR and admin-related queries
- Provide clerical support for projects and handle ad hoc administrative tasks
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and admin support, ideally in a multinational or regional setting
- Energetic, open-minded, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Self-starter with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Familiar with HR systems or digital tools used in people operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Chinese word processing
