The Head of Trading will lead the firm's trading team, responsible for execution across all asset classes. This position requires exceptionally high market sensitivity, utilizing keen market intuition to adjust trading instructions in response to market movements and reporting to Fund Managers. The role ensures trading orders are executed at optimal prices with minimal market impact cost, while managing and optimizing relationships with major banks and brokerages.

• Order Execution & Optimization: Receive and efficiently execute trading orders from Portfolio Managers / Head of Trading across A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, US stocks, and other markets. Flexibly select appropriate trading strategies (e.g., VWAP, TWAP) based on market liquidity and order size.
• Market Dynamics Monitoring & Feedback: Closely monitor intra-day market trends, sector rotation, breaking news, and single-stock liquidity changes to judge short-term share price trends. Provide real-time feedback on critical "market sentiment" and trading dynamics to Portfolio Managers and the research team to assist in adjusting investment decisions and offering trading recommendations.
• Manage daily trading desk operations, guiding and evaluating junior to mid-level traders.
• Develop and introduce advanced algorithmic trading strategies and trading systems to enhance overall execution efficiency.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with banks and brokerages to optimize trading commissions and financing costs.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 10+ years of institutional trading experience, well-versed in buy-side trading workflows and market microstructure across various asset classes.
• Proficient in Bloomberg and various mainstream Order Management Systems (OMS) / Execution Management Systems (EMS).
• Able to remain calm under extreme pressure, possessing strong numerical sensitivity and rapid decision-making capabilities.
• Strictly adhere to trading discipline and professional ethics, with zero tolerance regarding compliance awareness.
