A well-established international group is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Talent & Resourcing strategy across multiple locations. This is a key leadership role focused on enhancing hiring capability, building employer brand presence, and optimizing recruitment operations across the region.

- Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce planning
- Partner with senior management to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage and mentor regional/local recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Act as a strategic advisor on leadership hiring, talent pipeline development, and market engagement
- Monitor recruitment performance using data and insights to drive improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and local labour regulations
skills & experiences required.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or resourcing leadership
- Proven track record of driving direct sourcing strategies and building internal talent capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
- Regional or cross-market experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Deputy Head / Associate Director position
