In this role, you will be the primary driver of our talent strategy and cultural evolution. Your mission is to scale our organization by identifying top-tier technical and operational talent while establishing a robust people-operations foundation. You will serve as the critical link between our strategic vision and the high-performance team that executes it.
Key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (comprising 70–80% of the role), focusing on sourcing and securing elite talent in highly competitive technical niches.
People Operations Design: Establishing and refining core HR processes, including onboarding, performance frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
Strategic Scaling: Partnering with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a sustainable talent pipeline across global markets.
Culture Stewardship: Cultivating an environment that attracts and retains innovators, ensuring our core values are integrated into every stage of the employee journey.
Data-Driven HR: Utilizing recruitment analytics and people data to optimize hiring velocity and organizational health.
skills & experiences required.
Professional Track Record: At least 7–10 years of experience across Talent Acquisition and People Operations, specifically within the Web3, Blockchain, Fintech, or AI sectors.
Foundational Expertise: An early career background in recruitment agencies is highly preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of high-volume sourcing and candidate management.
Industry Fluency: Proven ability to navigate the unique talent challenges of the decentralized or high-tech finance space.
Operational Agility: A hands-on leader who is comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and the day-to-day execution of recruitment and HR tasks.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership and serve as a compelling brand ambassador.
