Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Operations team to ensure service lines, systems, processes and procedures are operating efficiently.
- Ensure daily operations adhered to internal guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational plan with the company’s growth objectives and development priorities.
- Optimize productivity and cost efficiency within customer support functions by ensuring effective resource utilization.
- Enhance service quality to improve customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or any related disciplines.
- Customer-centric with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Solid experience in managing and delivering projects successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
