...Define and execute the regional IT roadmap in alignment with global business objectives.
Oversee large-scale digital transformation projects, including ERP enhancements and e-commerce integration.
Manage the regional IT budget (HKD 1.2M - 1.5M+) and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure robust IT governance, cybersecurity compliance, and data privacy across all regional offices.
Act as a strategic partner to C-suite stakeholders, providing insights on emerging retail technologies.
skills & experience required.
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior regional leadership capacity.
Proven track record within the Retail/ FMCG/ Hospitality/ F&B sectors would be an advantage
Strong expertise in managing digital transformation, cloud migrations, and retail POS systems.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese to manage regional and local stakeholders.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams within a flexible, people-oriented corporate culture.
