... - Sales Leadership: Take full ownership of recruiting, coaching, and developing the local sales team to meet and exceed new business revenue targets.
- Strategic Business Development: Personally lead the pursuit of high-value, complex prospects while overseeing the entire team's pipeline.
- Market Ambassadorship: Act as a senior representative in the market to strengthen relationships with brokers, insurers, and key HR decision-makers.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee and develop the local business development strategy in alignment with regional growth goals.
- Governance & Reporting: Ensure rigorous CRM discipline and produce monthly/quarterly sales dashboards for local and global leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal commercial leaders to identify expansion opportunities and leverage cross-firm initiatives.
skills & experiences required.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Professional Experience: 10–15+ years of proven success in employee benefits brokerage or insurance consulting sales within Hong Kong.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of group medical, life, disability, wellness, and flexible benefit programs.
- Licensing: Holder of relevant Hong Kong insurance licenses, specifically Papers I, II, and III.
- Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a matrix environment and enforce CRM data hygiene.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is highly advantageous
