A global supply chain organisation with a strong presence across Asia, Europe, and the Americas is seeking a forward-thinking Group Total Rewards Lead to join its growing HR leadership team in Hong Kong. about the job.
- Act as the lead advisor and subject matter expert for all compensation-related policies and practices globally
- Design and implement market-competitive base pay structures, job grading frameworks, and incentive programs
- Partner closely with HRBPs and business heads to ensure rewards are aligned with performance and business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end process of the annual salary and bonus reviews, including budget modeling, scenario planning, and proposal presentations
- Monitor and interpret market trends and benchmarking data, turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Review and evaluate executive compensation and international assignment packages to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Provide training and guidance to local HR teams on the effective implementation of C&B strategies across geographies
- Support total rewards communications, including executive presentations and leadership briefings
- Steer reward-related projects, such as system upgrades, policy harmonisation, and global governance enhancements
- Manage and coach a small team while leveraging external consultants as needed
skills & experiences required.
- A degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally with regional or global oversight
- Strong background in job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Mercer, Hay) and performance-related reward design
- Exceptional skills in data analysis, modeling, and stakeholder presentations
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in complex, matrixed environments
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- Experience in supply chain, distribution, or asset-heavy industries is preferred
- Candidates with HR consulting backgrounds (e.g. Aon, Mercer, WTW) are strongly encouraged to apply
