The core focus is on driving revenue growth by originating and developing relationships with SME and MME clients, primarily based in the Greater China region and internationally.
Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and onboard new corporate clients (SME/MME) with strong global trading and investment needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships and strong connections within the target client segment.
Cross-Selling: Act as a strategic advisor, leveraging the firm's diverse product suite to deliver tailored financial solutions.
Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets for account openings and overall trading volume/AUM contribution.
we are looking for a candidate who is:
A proven hunter with a strong, measurable track record in business development and client acquisition.
Equipped with a solid client base/connections within the SME/MME segment in Hong Kong, mainland China, or other relevant regional markets.
Familiar with the products and needs of corporate clients engaging in global market trading and investment.
background & qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Securities Brokerage, or as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager.
Must possess relevant SFC licenses (Type 1 & 4 preferred).
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese being highly desirable.
