- Responsible for leading the legal team in providing strategic legal advice on investments, M&A projects, JVs etc.
- Draft, review and negotiate high-level transaction documents, cross-border agreements and other commercial contracts
- Advise senior stakeholders on investment strategies, deal structuring and regional regulatory issues
- Liaise with external counsel for larger scale transactions and multi-jurisdictional legal matters
- Keep abreast of regional and global regulations across the TMT sector
