My client is a well-known asset management firm. They are currently looking for a Fund Operations Analyst with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will hold SFC licenses 1, 4, and 9, and have good knowledge in hedge fund administration.

• Manage daily fund operations, including trade processing and settlement cycles across a wide range of product types.
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAV reports
• Conduct month-end NAV reconciliation with the fund administrator’s records.
• Track positions in investment products across multiple prime brokers.
• Communicate with prime brokers, executing brokers, custodians, legal counsel, fund administrators, and other service providers.
• Ensure smooth settlements and resolve any trade discrepancies.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, or fund accounting
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• SFC 1,4,9 lincensed highly preferred
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
