You will head a collaborative, high-calibre finance department based in Hong Kong while collaborating closely with mainland production teams. Manage comprehensive financial functions, encompassing cost management, group budgeting, corporate treasury, and tax optimisation.
Group financial and management reporting duties, analysis and be the advisor for the General Manager
Formulate strategies and enhance internal control frameworks to mitigate compliance risks.
Provide data-driven financial analysis and strategic insights to support production efficiency and business development.
Undertake occasional travel to the Shenzhen manufacturing facilities to oversee operational audits and align financial procedures.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 12 years of total financial management experience, including 5 years in a senior manufacturing leadership role.
Professional accounting qualification is highly preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, or Intermediate Accountant).
Proven expertise in advanced financial analysis, cost accounting, and internal audit capabilities.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is highly advantageous for Shenzhen collaboration.
Ability to accommodate occasional travel to mainland China for operational alignment.
