Process invoices, credit notes, expense claims, and credit card statements in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
Send invoices to the appropriate individuals to ensure they are charged to the correct account
Prepare payment runs to ensure timely payments to vendors
Handle urgent or ad-hoc payments outside of the regular vendor payment cycle
Maintain accurate records by regularly filing all supporting documentation

skills & experiences required.

Secondary school education or higher educational qualifications
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Have prior working experience in law firm
Self-independent and have good interpersonal skills
