Finance Manager, MNC, up to 65k
Our client is a MNC that stands as a leader within the global servicing industry.They are highly regarded for providing specialized professional solutions to a vast network of international partners, maintaining a reputation for operational excellence and strategic innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the finance team in delivering comprehensive accounting services for a diverse portfolio of external service-sector clients.
- Supervise the generation of month-end financial reports and conduct thorough variance analysis to monitor business health.
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.
- Act as the primary liaison for external auditors to facilitate the timely completion of statutory audits.
- Manage all corporate tax matters to ensure strict adherence to prevailing fiscal regulations and compliance standards.
- Control and optimize cash flow management to support ongoing business liquidity.
- Provide financial governance and oversight for the organization’s major business transformation projects.
- Evaluate current accounting workflows and partner with project owners to drive successful implementation of new processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal control guidelines and standardized accounting procedures across the business unit.
- Assist in the continuous development and rollout of advanced financial reporting systems throughout the firm.
- Resolve queries from the group accounting department regarding monthly performance reports.
- Guarantee that all external partners receive precise and timely periodic statements of accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant fields
- Qualification of CPA/ ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial controlling, especially from sizable firms with at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Candidates with Big 4 plus commercial experience are preferred
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to make informed decisions through precise data analysis.
- Good commands in English and Chinese are required
