You will lead a high-performing finance unit. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, and partner closely with executive management to align operational financial reporting with regional commercial objectives.

- Oversee group financial reporting and management reporting processes, ensuring full compliance with HKFRS and corporate accounting standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team in daily accounting, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with detailed variance analysis to guide leadership decision-making.
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and rolling cash flow forecasting across medical business units.
- Optimise internal control frameworks, financial systems, and reporting workflows to enhance operational data accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate statutory audits, corporate tax submissions, and regulatory compliance reviews with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to evaluate regional revenue trends, product margins, and operational expenditure.
skills & experience required.
- HKICPA, ACCA, CAB or equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification accounting experience, with a strong focus on financial reporting and management reporting.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a team of 5 or more staff, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- In-depth expertise in HKFRS, internal control frameworks, and corporate governance.
- Hands-on proficiency in enterprise ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken); professional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with strong commercial acumen.
