Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of regional financial systems, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
Manage corporate tax, treasury functions, and working capital optimization across regional operations.
skills & experience required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership position, with a mandatory requirement for experience within a professional services or consulting business.
Proven track record of regional or APAC finance management, navigating diverse regulatory and tax compliance frameworks.
Recognised professional accounting qualification is mandatory, such as a CPA, CA, or equivalent.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with deep expertise in business partnering with director and above level team leads, strategic planning, and corporate governance.
Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese or Mandarin required.
