Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly reporting packs for key stakeholders.
Conduct profitability analysis, performance metrics tracking, and financial modeling across regional practice groups.
Coordinate and drive the annual business planning and budgeting processes across regional offices.
Deliver financial modeling and profitability analysis for business proposals, pitchings, and lateral partner hires.
Identify process improvement opportunities and utilize technical tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Liaise with regional leadership and global finance teams on ad hoc assignments.

skills & experiences required.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A within a commercially focused service industry.
Strong financial modeling and data-handling skills using MS Office; exposure to advanced data tools, AI, or coding is a plus.
Prior experience with legal/professional services systems like Elite 3E is an advantage.
Experience working across regional or multi-jurisdictional teams is preferred.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Highly proactive with strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
