As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Maintain deep awareness of strategic goals to support achievement through sound judgment and informed decision-making.
- Manage complex professional and social demands, overseeing the full agenda, weekly priorities, and key personal dates.
- Handle highly confidential business information with absolute discretion and professional reliability.
- Organise and coordinate regional meetings, summits, leadership development days, and offsites, including all logistics and minutes.
- Enhance executive productivity by summarising reports and preparing draft communications and presentations.
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries and logistics for both professional visits and personal events.
- Review employee expense submissions for policy compliance and support departmental budget management.
- Support onboarding schedules for direct reports and coordinate town hall meetings for the broader team.
skills & experiences required.
- Experience in Secretarial or Executive Assistant duties supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to engage confidently with Board members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); high level of tech-savviness is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to 100% accuracy in all deliverables.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
