- Skillfully maintain the Senior Executive's calendar, orchestrating all professional engagements and appointments, both within the company and with external parties.
- Handle the end-to-end facilitation of meetings, including the development of agendas, compilation of necessary documents, and circulation of summaries to ensure action items are addressed.
- Support the creation and synthesis of vital materials for leadership, including strategy papers, governance reports, and high-impact slideshows.
- Function as the team's primary contact for operational needs, such as integrating new members, sourcing technology, and overseeing supplier agreements.
- Spearhead the arrangement of departmental gatherings, handle financial claims, and oversee general office duties to guarantee a seamless workflow.
- At least 4 years' solid experience in an Executive Assistant role, with a strong preference for candidates from a dynamic technology or IT environment.
- A demonstrated capacity to perform autonomously in high-pressure situations, skillfully juggling competing demands and delivering against tight timelines.
- An innate sense of initiative and drive, complemented by superior planning abilities and meticulous attention to accuracy.
- Expert-level command of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) paired with a deep respect for confidentiality and professional tact.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and polished communication talents, including complete command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin in a business context.
