About the company
Our client is a non-profit, charitable educational community. They are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the expatriate Principal .
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Office Management: Overseeing the Principal's calendar and time management , handling travel arrangements , maintaining an efficient office workflow , and managing procurement (supplies, purchase orders, reimbursement).
Communication & Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact and manager of timetabling for the Principal. This involves screening/prioritizing all incoming correspondence and conveying information clearly on behalf of the Principal to internal and external constituencies.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Organizing all engagements for the Principal , including meetings with various community members and visits to classes/activities. Responsibilities include preparing agendas/materials , taking accurate minutes , and managing logistics for community events and ceremonies.
Strategic & Project Support: Assisting the Principal in the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects and initiatives. This involves conducting background research , gathering data for deschoolion-making , and tracking progress/deadlines.
Document Management & Professionalism: Proofing and formatting formal documentation (reports, presentations). You must handle all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity , representing the Principal's office with a high level of professionalism
requirement :
- Communication: Native-level mastery of English is a must.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of five years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a comparable role within a high-expectations environment, ideally in the educational or public sector.
- Discretion: An unwavering commitment to discretion and an unshakeable ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost appropriateness.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and various other information management systems.

- Organizational & Prioritization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, with proven ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks.
- Interpersonal & Cultural Acumen: Strong interpersonal skills necessary for building effective relationships across diverse constituencies, including the ability to navigate a wide range of cultures, which is vital in a school context.
