- Develop and execute the group-wide ESG strategy, multi-year roadmap, governance frameworks, and executive escalation pathways across global entities.
- Lead the ESG workstream including gap assessments, policy creation, evidence consolidation, and disclosure drafting.
- Establish robust internal controls for ESG data collection, validation, consolidation, and audit readiness across international operating sites.
- Integrate material ESG risks into the group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and internal control systems in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams.
- Drive cross-functional ESG transformation initiatives, embedding sustainability standards into procurement, supply chain, and digital transformation roadmaps.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ESG, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, or internal controls, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
- Hands-on, full-cycle experience supporting a Hong Kong IPO, HKEX ESG disclosure framework, or equivalent listed-company ESG governance programme.
- Proven track record in designing ESG data controls, enterprise risk management systems, and cross-border regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Law, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline;
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across complex, multi-cultural organisations.
