About the job.
Our client is looking for an ambitious and accomplished Enterprise Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding their client portfolio across Asia. This position will be based in our Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing enterprise clients and creating custom, complex mass payment solutions to meet their varied needs. You should have a deep understanding of mass payment systems and their ability to deliver effective and scalable results for clients. This includes familiarity with rails like CIPS, CHATS, and SWIFT, as well as FX management and API integrations. You'll be responsible for creating and driving demand for our mass payments solutions across a range of industries, including Payroll, Insurance, Pension, and Expense Management.
Skills & experiences required.
- 8+ years of progressively complex hunting sales experience with a consistent record of initiating and closing deals.
- Proven experience selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions.
- The ability to manage long sales cycles (6-12 months) and effectively nurture leads.
- An adept presenter who uses a consultative approach, active listening, and a "challenger" mindset to lead discovery meetings.
- The ability to initiate conversations with both cold and warm prospects and a "hunter" mentality.
- Proven ability to identify creative strategies to generate new revenue and cross/up-sell solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a talent for working in international environments, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
