... As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary mission is to act as the chief growth architect for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. You will take ownership of these key relationships after their initial transition from the Net New logo team, focusing on renewal and expansion.
This role requires a unique blend of relationship mastery, strategic planning, and commercial tenacity to cement our client's position as a trusted, long-term partner.
Account Ownership & Growth: Own the end-to-end management, renewal, and expansion of your assigned portfolio to dramatically improve customer retention and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
Expansion Strategy: Proactively identify, build, and execute on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to introduce new solutions across various business units within the client organisation.
Executive Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact and ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Data-Driven Renewal: Use customer usage patterns and business intelligence to inform sophisticated renewal strategies and align product expansion initiatives directly with client strategic objectives.
Negotiation & Collaboration: Partner closely with dedicated Renewals and Customer Success teams to successfully negotiate complex pricing structures and contractual agreements while boosting product adoption and client engagement.
Competitive Defence: Deploy proactive sales strategies and competitive differentiation tactics to mitigate risk and secure renewals against external competitive threats.
skills & experiences required.
Proven expertise in Enterprise Account Management, Growth, and Renewals, ideally within the software or SaaS sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term strategic account plans focused on expansion.
Exceptional negotiation and influence skills with a record of closing high-value, complex deals.
Strong business acumen and executive-level presentation skills.
A cooperative mindset for successful engagement with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Support).
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
