As the Distribution Training Manager, you will be a strategic partner to the Distribution Training Director. You will be responsible for developing long-term training plans, strategies, and policies specifically for Agency Managers. Your goal is to ensure the sales leadership team is equipped with the skills and cultural alignment necessary to drive business growth and uphold the highest standards of quality.
... Curriculum Development: Design and revamp comprehensive training curricula for agency managers across all levels (Junior, Middle, and Senior), ensuring alignment with corporate culture and business objectives.
Training Delivery & Methodology: Lead the delivery of high-impact training programs and continuously update methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coach the training team, monitoring project progress and fostering professional development.
Innovation Projects: Lead high-profile initiatives, including AI training projects and the implementation/optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Compliance & Quality Control: Oversee CPD accreditation, maintain training tracking reports, and manage audit or regulatory review projects.
Industry Excellence: Lead the team in participating in industry award competitions to showcase the firm’s training excellence.
skills & experiences required.
Education: University degree in any discipline. Professional insurance qualifications (FLMI, IIQA, etc.) are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in training with at least 3 years in a management capacity specifically within the life insurance industry (Agency Management or Sales Training).
Language: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
