Act as a key liaison, providing face-to-face support (not just phone/email) to our internal brokers and sales staff, guiding them through submission processes and resolving queries.
Work closely with internal insurance company teams, including High Net Worth Case Management Teams, to facilitate complex policy applications and ensure seamless communication.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, particularly concerning Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring all client and policy data is up-to-date in relevant systems.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required by the distribution team.
Who We Are Looking For:
Mandatory: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales support or back-office experience exclusively within the life insurance industry.
Solid understanding and practical experience with Life Insurance products and application processes.
Demonstrable knowledge of compliance requirements, specifically KYC and AML procedures, within the financial services/insurance sector.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling documentation and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders (brokers, sales teams, insurance company HNW teams).
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred) is essential.
