about the job.
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap with a strong focus on AI and emerging technologies.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across various business units to ensure buy-in and alignment on digital initiatives.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets predefined KPIs.
- Maintain full compliance and robust governance frameworks for all digital processes, adhering to local regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement by proactively researching and implementing cutting-edge digital tools.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or project management, with 5 years or above as senior management level
- Proven track record of leadership within a sizable organisation (e.g., Banking, Insurance, or a large Enterprise Groups).
- Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies applied to business optimisation.
- Experience in managing service partners (including AI vendors and cloud providers), contract review, balancing priorities, forward planning of work, resources, and support to deliver services within agreed service levels.
- Knowledge of information security management, AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance-related processes, controls, and tools.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, Cloud Architecture, Data Governance, or specialized AI/Machine Learning credentials) are an advantage.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance
- Experience managing diversified, large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is highly preferred to facilitate regional communication.
