Reporting to the Team Leader, you will act as a key liaison between business operations and technical systems, delivering top-tier application support for digital trading platforms and driving process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for digital systems, troubleshooting trading platform issues, and managing end-user inquiries.
- Handle system administration duties, including user account management, permission controls, and limit adjustments.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the preparation of test plans and test cases.
- Act as a production and UAT environment gatekeeper to ensure all deployments and system changes are tested and applied correctly.
- Identify manual operational processes to automate, leveraging modern AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Assist with incident management, coordinating communication between technology teams and business units during system outages.
- Perform regular system health checks, maintain operation manuals, and assist with daily administrative workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of working experience; direct exposure to local brokerage operations or trading platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and responsive troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Business Analysis (BA) or an academic background in AI is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
