DESCRIPTION
The Deputy Manager of Legal & Compliance will be handling key responsibilities including:
- review, draft and provide legal advice on contracts and legal documents
- monitor and update the frameworks for regulations and legislation
- identify gaps and provide solutions for the compliance and legal framework
- provide support to various group projects and meetings
- conduct research on legal and compliance issues
- coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- degree holder in Law or related fields
- 2 to 3 years of experience in handling legal, compliance or corporate governance related work
- preference towards candidates from Fin tech background
- strong command of English and Chinese
- attention to detail, organised and ability to multitask
