The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) / Structured Finance team is a dynamic, fast-growing unit responsible for driving primary market transactions, debt structuring, and client coverage.about the job.
We are seeking a high-calibre DCM Professional to support the team’s expanding transaction pipeline. This role will participate actively in deal execution, financial modelling, credit analysis, and marketing material preparation across various debt and capital market solutions.
- Transaction Execution: Assist in structuring and executing primary market debt instruments, underwriting, and syndicated financing transactions.
- Credit & Valuation Analysis: Perform detailed credit assessments, covenant analysis, financial modelling, and transaction valuation.
- Pitching & Marketing: Prepare high-quality pitchbooks, term sheets, market updates, and client presentation materials to support origination efforts.
- Due Diligence & Documentation: Coordinate with internal risk, legal, and compliance teams, as well as external professional parties, to manage due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Client & Deal Support: Support senior team members in maintaining relationship coverage and exploring new business opportunities.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Leveraged Finance, Corporate Banking (Credit Analysis), Credit Rating Agencies, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory/Valuations.
- Strong fundamentals in credit analysis, covenant evaluation, and financial modelling/valuation.
- Solid track record or understanding of debt transaction execution processes from origination to settlement.
- SFC Type 1 & Type 4 license holder (or eligible for immediate representative status) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
