My client is a leading insurance company and they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver high standard customer service to customers
about the job.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and channel enquiry (both walk-in or phone)
- Provide post sales calls outbound call services to customers and follow through customer request to enhance customer experience
- Achieve all Company KPI and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service by recommending and participating in the implementation of policy and procedural changes
- Handle any ad hoc task assigned by line manager
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- Holder of IIQE paper I, III, IV
- With at least 3 years' customer service experience in life insurance industry
- Knowledge with investment and life insurance products
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure, handle multi-task and excellent communication skills
- Immediate available is a plus
