Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing customer inquiries related to personal lines general insurance products, such as home, travel, motor, and personal accident insurance.
Provide accurate information regarding policy coverage, terms and conditions, premium payments, and renewal processes.
Assist customers with policy amendments and updates.
Provide initial support for claims inquiries, guiding customers through the reporting process.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and empathetically, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records in the system.
Adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Who We Are Looking For:

Essential: Must have prior working experience within the insurance industry with a strong background in General Insurance (GI).
Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or direct client-facing role is highly preferred.
Familiarity with personal lines insurance products (e.g., home, travel, motor) is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear, professional, and patient telephone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is a definite plus.
Proficient in using common office software and capable of quickly learning new systems.
Candidates holding relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., IIQE Paper 1 & 2) are highly desirable.
