Who We Are Looking For:
Essential: Must have prior working experience within the insurance industry with a strong background in General Insurance (GI).
Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or direct client-facing role is highly preferred.
Familiarity with personal lines insurance products (e.g., home, travel, motor) is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear, professional, and patient telephone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is a definite plus.
Proficient in using common office software and capable of quickly learning new systems.
Candidates holding relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., IIQE Paper 1 & 2) are highly desirable.
