Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but will be specifically focused on supporting our life insurance policyholders:
- Providing exceptional service to policyholders regarding their life, health, and savings plans via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handling specialized inquiries related to Term Life, Whole Life, and Universal Life policies.
- Assisting with policy changes such as beneficiary updates, premium adjustments, and cash value surrender requests.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards.
- For Managerial Roles: Leading and coaching a team on complex life insurance administration, managing departmental performance, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Essential for All Candidates:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in [Specify required languages, e.g., English and Cantonese/Mandarin].
- A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help others, especially during sensitive life events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for complex policy administration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
For Entry-Level (Officer/Representative):
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline (Open to all fresh graduates with no prior experience!).
- A willingness to rapidly learn about different life insurance product structures.
- IIQE license is preferred
For Experienced & Managerial Roles:
- Proven experience in customer service, with direct experience in Life Insurance or Bancassurance back-office operations.
- Finance Planner background candidates will be considered.
- Knowledge of common life insurance products (Term, Whole Life) and policy administration practices is highly preferred.
- For Management: Demonstrated leadership in managing operational teams within a financial services or insurance setting.
