You will join a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly organized customer operations desk. The team culture is supportive and solutions-driven, focusing on maintaining excellent client communication and handling operational logistics inquiries smoothly. You will work closely with internal shipment coordinators, warehouse teams, and overseas offices.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, managing daily shipping inquiries, quotation requests, and order placements.
Shipment Tracking & Updates: Monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of cargo movements and proactively provide milestone updates to clients.
Issue Resolution: Handle client feedback and troubleshoot shipment delays or documentation discrepancies efficiently to minimize operational disruption.
Documentation & Coordination: Liaise closely with internal operations, carriers, and overseas offices to ensure billing, invoicing, and customs documentation are accurate.
Account Maintenance: Assist in updating client profiles, rate cards, and service level agreements within the company's internal system.

skills & experiences required.

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Around 2 years of working experience in customer service or operations, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade sectors.
Highly patient, customer-centric, and details-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable adapting to corporate logistics systems.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
