- Handle customer enquiries regarding activities related to underwriting, policy owner service or claims status
- Report and escalate problems or potential crisis or complaints to superiors for service improvement
- Work closely with business partners to resolve complaints and proactive follow up with customers
- Document call activities in system, log sheet or send email to related partners
- Perform ad hoc activities assigned by supervisor
skills & experiences required.
- Tertiary education or above
- With at least 2 years' customer service experience in any industries
- Holder of IIQE 1, 3 is a must; with IIQE 2 & 5 is preferred
- With good interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details, well organised and good problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken in English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
