- Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, translating complex technical requirements into clear business value and robust ROI analysis.
- Serve as a key thought leader to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline data flows, and implement cutting-edge tools for the entire organization.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary technology team of 150+ FTEs, ensuring high performance and a culture of continuous technical improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality digital solutions for external projects and in-house platform enhancements for a diverse regional client base.
- Drive the modernization of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native, and data-driven architectures.
- Maintain full accountability for the technology budget, resource allocation, and vendor management at the group level.
- Proactively manage project and program P&L, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, identifying options and consequences to ensure successful delivery
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline from a top-tier local or prestigious overseas university.
- Proven experience as a CTO, CIO, Head of Technology, or in a similar executive position; a background within an IT service provider or consulting firm is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including digital platform development, Data/ML, AI, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale teams and managing a diverse portfolio of direct reports.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing resilient enterprise strategies, architectures, and roadmaps that directly support group-wide business objectives.
- Extensive experience in high-level resource management, including CAPEX/OPEX budget oversight, headcount planning, and the orchestration of complex onshore, offshore, and third-party vendor ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify enterprise-level gaps and deliver high-impact solutions based on global industry standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of a matrixed organization.
