about the job.
The CRM Lead will:
- Execute and optimize CRM campaigns across email and automated channels with a heavy emphasis on brand alignment and creative excellence.
- Review and challenge internal creative assets and copy to ensure they are compelling, on-brand, and resonate with a premium audience.
- Have full ownership of campaign setup, testing, and deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including managing lead flows, imports, and dashboards.
- Draw actionable insights from CDP and reporting tools to optimize email analytics, segmentation, and conversion rates.
- Lead the planning and implementation of key regional CRM projects and ensure flawless execution.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Retail or Lifestyle sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CDP, and advanced reporting/intelligence tools is essential.
- A strong creative mindset with the ability to critique design and copy to ensure it meets luxury/premium brand standards.
- Proven ability to translate complex metrics into actionable business proposals and a solid understanding of A/B testing and segmentation.
- An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with kindness, and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
- You should be someone who takes personal responsibility and doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
