Your Role:
As a key member of their HK and group compliance team, you will be involved in a wide range of critical compliance activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the CCO to oversee all aspects of general compliance, ensuring adherence to HKSFC and international regulatory frameworks.
- Managing day-to-day compliance tasks such as the preparation and submission of licensing applications and regulatory notifications.
- Conducting compliance surveillance activities and preparing detailed reports.
- Providing comprehensive support on compliance matters, including AML/KYC procedures, ethical conduct guidelines, and market conduct regulations.
- Assisting the CCO in performing thorough compliance audits and risk assessments to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of engaging training programs that reinforce a culture of compliance throughout the firm.
- Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with our head office and global offices across various time zones.
- Taking ownership of diverse support functions and contributing to ad hoc projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services sector, preferably within international organizations.
- A strong working knowledge of the rules and regulations set forth by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HKSFC).
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, work autonomously, and adapt to evolving needs.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
