My client is an asset management company with stable business within Asia. They are now looking for a Compliance Associate for their team in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for -

• Handling compliance policies;
• Managing internal control framework;

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation;
• Preparing required regulatory filings and reports;
• Liaising with legal and finance to ensure compliance;
• Updating the best practices of compliance;

Requirements:

• University graduates in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.

• At least 3 years relevant experience gained from the financial services environment/ banks/ advisory.
• Extensive knowledge of SFC regulations.
• Able to identify compliance risks.

• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (includes Putonghua).
