- degree holder in Company Secretarial Studies/Business Administration/ Corporate Governance.
- minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a listed company or banking sector.
- proficient in written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- strong interpersonal communication skills.
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail is essential.
