* Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and relevant overseas jurisdiction regulations.
* Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and documents
* Maintain and update statutory registers and records meticulously
* Assist in organising and preparing for Board meetings, Board Committee meetings
