A prominent family office with established business in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Company Secretarial Officer to help manage the day to day company secretarial activities for their wealth and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the group’s companies incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions

* Assisting with the coordination of board and committee meetings, including agenda, resolutions preparation and minutes taking
* Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents with relevant regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
* Prepare minutes and resolutions for shareholder's and director's meetings, including documentation required for bank account opening and other corporate matters.
* Maintain and update the statutory books and records of group companies
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree holder, preferably in corporate governance or other related disciplines
* Associate/Student of HKCGI or its equivalent
* Minimum 3-4 year's relevant experience in sizeable companies or professional firms
* Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Independent, self-motivated, strong communication skills, detail-orientated, well-organised
