- Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to design and execute localized sales strategies tailored to the territory's healthcare landscape.
- Acquire and maintain expert-level knowledge of robotic surgical procedures across multiple specialties to effectively develop and support surgical teams.
- Partner with senior hospital leadership and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to integrate robotic platforms into new customer sites, ensuring long-term institutional commitment.
- Drive the active use of robotic technology by developing customized plans for surgical teams, supporting them until they achieve independent proficiency.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads by engaging with hospital staff and thought leaders through formal presentations, clinical workshops, and networking events.
- Effectively convert high-potential prospects and oversee the end-to-end training and onboarding process for new users.
- Serve as a vital resource in the OR, providing real-time guidance and strategic insights to surgical teams during the adoption phase of the robotic system.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related Business discipline.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably within the Operating Room (OR) or Surgical Equipment space.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage) for effective communication within the Hong Kong healthcare sector.
