Provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Work closely with RMs to understand client needs and proactively deliver relevant banking solutions.
Resolve transactional, system, and account-opening issues to maintain a high-quality client experience.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Trade Finance, to resolve operational matters.
Manage E-Banking onboarding and monitor transaction growth while following up on compliance and trade processing.
Ensure all client onboarding activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, risk mitigation policies, and AML standards.
Re-engage inactive clients to identify new business opportunities and coordinate with RMs on overdue accounts or overdrafts.
Maintain accurate records of all client transactions and service requests for management reporting
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
Fundamental knowledge of trade finance market infrastructure and industry norms.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Excellent command of both written and verbal English and Chinese.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A strong customer-focused mindset with flexibility to work across different departments.
